Seiji Hotokeyama (仏山 聖司, Hotokeyama Seiji) is a detective for the Koizumi Police Force and former classmate of Kyoichiro in middle school that assists the Yozakura Family by concealing information about them.
Appearance[]
Seiji Hotokeyama is a tall man with unkempt black hair that covers his right eye. He has a faint goatee which is also unkempt. He has a slender build which is covered by his baggy green trenchcoat which he wears with a loose black necktie and scruffy shirt.
Personality[]
Has a deep sense of justice, even becoming violent when he feels necessary. Seems to be bad at lying. He is also mentioned to be antisocial by Kyoichiro.
History[]
He went to middle school with Kyoichiro. As a police officer, Seiji assists the Yozakura Family by concealing information about them as well as any damages they may havee caused.

Hammer - Seiji uses a hammer as his weapon of choice, he's shown to be quite effective and powerful with it.
Relationships[]
Kyoichiro Yozakura & Rin Fudo - Both were former classmates of Seiji in middle school. They've continued to stay friends since then and aid eachother in their work.
