The Spy Association (スパイ協会, Supai Kyōkai) is a coalition of spies created in the early 20th century, currently headed by Kai Izumo.[1]
Overview[]
The Spy Association was founded on the basis of tradition and trust, so humanity is the most important quality they want in an applicant besides their skill and intellect. Trustworthy and resourceful, the association is a must for rookie spies and freelance spies. In addition, it sponsors many other spy-related activities and organizations, such as the "Random Spy Battle" or the Library of the Dead.
Random Spy Battle[]
A sudden event announced by a sign popping out from the ground, where spies battle it out with another spy the association randomly chooses for them.[2] It is said that winning the event allows the winner go up a rank, though no such thing has been shown.
Spy License[]
The spy license is a prestigious license issued by the Spy Association which gives the holder numerous benefits, such as access to the association's shared intelligence, job references and pension. The license is rewarded to those who pass the spy license examination, a grueling examination with less than one percent passing rate and consists of written and physical examinations.[1][3] Depending on their skills, license holders are categorized into three tiers - Gold, Silver, and Bronze.[4]

- Each on of the Yozakura siblings managed to set a record during their Spy License Exams.
- Kyoichiro had the exam with the lowest number of passed examinees at 1.
- Taiyo would later match this record when he took his Silver Rank exam.
- Futaba had the exam with the highest number of passed examinees at 13.
- Shinzo set the record for the fastest completed exam, at 9 minutes.
- Shion outed other members of the exam with her program, having the highest number of failed examinees due to cheating.
- Kengo took the exam as three people, having the highest number of licenses owned by one person, with at 3.
- Nanao's exam ended up with the largest audience at 606, due to all his siblings coming to watch and them drawing a crowd.
- Kyoichiro had the exam with the lowest number of passed examinees at 1.
